After lots of traveling (New Zealand, Czeck Republik, Spain, Irland, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, Bulgaria, etc.) a American friend convinced me to do the Austria Guide permit. He enjoyed my emotional way of telling stories about Vienna and Austria and thought I’d be a good guide. I did it !
Now I’m a guide and I have enjoyed
it since the first day.
My interests don’t just include culture, that’s why I also did
the Hiking Guide permit.
When I have days off, I take hikes in mountains, mainly in Tyrol where I worked as a diary farmer. My interests are varied. They start with music, include the outdoors and the history skiing. I‘m also a snowboarder and bike every day in Vienna no matter what the weathers like.
I do tours by bus, but seeing
the city by bicycle is much better. I also offer tours by Inline skates
or the surroundings of Vienna by bicycle or hiking.
Vienna City Walking Tour
We will explore the first district of Vienna which represents oldest part.With all the hidden courtyards, scurrile stories about well known people like Mozart, and the culmination highlight in the centre of the city, St.Stephans Cathedral.
A Viennese
institution, the Viennese Café. Let’s
stroll around to various cafés, some because they were, and are,
frequented by authors, painters, singers, or some just because of their
huge variety of difference types of coffee. We
won’t miss a good sweet “Torte” in the old pastry tradition!

BIKING-TOURS IN VIENNA:
Authentic Vienna
Full day tour ~ approx. 6 hours ~ 40
km, level streets and bicycle lanes
Would you like to know more about Vienna, away from beaten tracks? Are you
interested in the mentality, origins and background of this city ?
This is the tour for you ! We explore the Danube River (don´t forget
your bathing suit), the living conditions of the locals, and “Death”
which is closely connected to this city (scuril stories about citizens).
We also pass Prater with it´s Ferris Wheel on this tour.
Vienna in 1900
Full day tour, ~ 7 Hours, ~ 38 km, steady
uphill, sometimes steep - about 160 meter difference in altitude. We go
to the west, where most of the Art Nouveau- buildings are. Otto Wagner,
THE modern architect of this periode is our main subject. But we not miss
his pupils, well known architects like Joseph Plecnic, Max Fabiani, etc.
We also enjoy the nearby Vienna Woods and one of the most noble districts
of Vienna.
Vienna City Tour
Halfdaytour (2,5-3 Hours), level bicycle
paths and streets with light traffic.
On this tour you will enjoy the major sights, like the Ferris Wheel, St.
Stephans Cathedral, Hundertwasser Haus and much more, in an active way.
